Koffee With Karan 8, a new season of the highly-loved chat show. Ever since Karan Johar announced the new season of the show, we cannot keep calm. Adding fuel to the fire, he has now released the promo for his first episode. The new season of Koffee With Karan will be opened by the power couple of Bollywood, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone.
Calling them 'Bollywood royalty', Karan Johar stands true to his words as the couple radiate royal vibes.

Ranveer Singh reveals his secret engagement to Deepika Padukone
As we know, apart from being the
manifestation couch, the chat show is known to make the guests do a word vomit, which the audience enjoys. In the promo for the first episode of Koffee With Karan 8, Ranveer reveals some shocking details, while Deepika calls him the real-life Rocky Randhawa.
When Karan asks the actor if they were secretly engaged, Ranveer says, "In 2015, I proposed to her.
Iske pehle ki koi aur ajaye, maine jake chappal rakh deta hun (before someone else does, I decided to)." Deepika jokingly adds, "Advance booking."

For the uninitiated, Rocky Randhawa is Ranveer Singh's character from his latest release, Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, which was directed by KJo himself.

To which she replied, "I think I have amazing chemistry with Hrithik (Roshan), which everyone is going to see." The two will soon be seen sharing the screen in Fighter.
Sharing the promo for his first Koffee With Karan 8 episode, the filmmaker took to social media and wrote, "They are absolutely gorgeous and absolutely at the top of their game... They are the true Bollywood royalty couple! I am so excited to kickstart this season of #KoffeeWithKaran with my dearest Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone."
On the work front
Deepika Padukone was last seen in Jawan, where she made a special appearance. She portrayed the role of Aishwarya, wife of Shah Rukh Khan. She will be next seen in Fighter alongside Hrithik Roshan and Anil Kapoor.
As for Ranveer Singh, he was last seen in Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. The actor has Rohit Shetty's Singham 3 in the pipeline.
