Katrina Kaif Visits Maha Kumbh With Mother-In-Law, Takes A Dip In Triveni Sangam

Ahead of Maha Shivratri, Katrina Kaif and her mother-in-law Veena Kaushal visit Maha Kumbh in Prayagraj. The biggest Hindu union is coming to an end on Wednesday, February 26, on the occasion of Shivratri. The actress also took a dip in the Triveni Sangam.
Earlier today, Akshay Kumar also arrived in Prayagraj to attend the Kumbh Mela 2025. He was seen in a white kurta pajama as he knelt down to take a dip in the holy waters of Triveni Sangam.
After him, it was the Raajneeti actress who was spotted at Prayagraj. She was accompanied by Vicky Kaushal`s mother. The saas-bahu duo also met Parmarth Niketan Ashram’s president Swami Chidanand Saraswati and Sadhvi Bhagawati Saraswati to seek their blessings.
Katrina Kaif looked simply stunning in a light pink salwar kameez while her mother-in-law opted for a blue suit. The actor later changed into a yellow suit as she made her way for a holy snan at the Triveni Sangam, a magical cofluence of rivers Ganga, Yamuna, and Saraswati.

Talking to ANI, the Tiger 3 actress said, “I am very fortunate that I could come here this time. I am really happy and grateful. I met Swami Chidanand Saraswati and took his blessings. I am just starting my experience here. I like the energy and the beauty and significance of everything. I am looking forward to spending the whole day here."

Earlier this month, it was Katrina`s husband, Vicky Kaushal, who visited the Maha Kumbh 2025 to take a sacred dip in the holy waters. This was ahead of the release of Chhava, which continues to roar at the box office with every passing day.

The auspicious Hindu gathering started on January 13, 2025, in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. About 40 crore people attended the Kumbh Mela. Despite a stampede-like situation in the initial days, devotees` faith was unshaken.
Apart from Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal, celebrities like Akshay Kumar, Hema Malini, Chris Martin, Esha Gupta, and Vijay Deverakonda, among others, visited the congregation.
Maha Kumbh ends on Maha Shivratri, which is on February 26.
