Kanguva Release Date Out: Suriya, Bobby Deol Starrer To Release On November 14

Suriya And Bobby Deol`s Kanguva To Release On Children`s Day
One of the most anticipated movies of 2024, Kanguva finally gets a release date. The Suriya and Bobby Deol starrer, which was initially scheduled to release on October 10, will now see a theatrical release on November 14.
Helmed by Siva, the fantasy-action film will see Suriya, Bobby Deol, and Disha Patani in titular roles. The film, which was initially announced in 2019, was shelved due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, it was revived in 2022.
The makers of Kanguva have now announced the new release date, thus taking the internet by storm. Fans and moviegoers are rather excited to see the Tamil actor back in action.
Kanguva was delayed to avoid clashing with TJ Gnanavel’s Vettiyan, which will be headlined by Rajnikanth. It is set to release on Dasara this year.

While many were happy to see Suriya`s fantasy action will be releasing on Children`s Day, others were rather disappointed that it won`t see a Diwali release. As soon as the post went up, fans took to the comment section and expressed their enthusiasm.
One user wrote, “Good... expected one... Hoping they would start their promotions sooner and release glimpses of other characters apart from historical portions." Another comment read, “Ground reality. Suriya won`t even clash with SK, JR, and Kavin for Diwali.”
Apart from Suriya and Bobby Deol, the film will see Jagapathi Babu, Natarajan Subramaniam, Yogi Babu, Redin Kingsley, Kovai Sarala, Anandaraj, and KS Ravikumar in supporting roles.

The film will see the Tamil actor in the dual role of a tribal warrior and a contemporary man. Except for the initial posters that showed Suriya in double role, the makers have kept other details under wraps. Even Kanguva`s teaser and trailer only gave out glimpses of period parts that saw the two leading actors battling it out.
Apart from Kanguva, Suriya will be seen in Karthik Subbaraj`s next project.
