embrace parenthood, as they will soon be welcoming their first child. Rumors suggest Deepika's pregnancy speculation sparked after she walked out of The White Lotus season 3. Last month, reports suggested that the actress would be a part of the blockbuster Hollywood show streaming on HBO.
However, over the weekend, it was again reported that Padukone had walked out of the show, and the reason for the same remains unknown.
On Tuesday, a report by The Week claimed that
the Om Shanti Om actress is gearing up for motherhood. A source close to the publication revealed, 'The actor is said to be in her second trimester.'
However, this is not the first time rumors of Deepika Padukone being pregnant have done the rounds on the internet. Last month, during the promotions for her latest release, Fighter, fans noticed a baby bump. Soon enough, everyone started wondering if she was pregnant and expecting her first child with Ranveer Singh.

In an old interview with a leading entertainment portal,
the Pathaan actress opened up about embracing motherhood and having kids with her husband. She said it will happen when it has to.
"Motherhood trumps being married. That's what I hear from people who have had children. Of course, it will happen at some point, but no, I think it is unfair to put women through that or a couple through that. I guess the day we stop asking the questions is when we will bring about change," the actress added.
She also spoke about how she will
deal with pregnancy rumors and said, "I don't think there is anything to tackle, honestly. As people in the public eye, you are anyways so used to constant speculation."
"Sometimes, things are true, and people probably second-guess or assume something even before you have said it yourself, and sometimes, it's absolutely untrue. That's the nature of the business that we are in," Deepika concluded.
