Fatima Sana Shaikh has been one of the finest young actors we have seen in the industry. She made her glorious debut in 2016 with Aamir Khan`s Dangal. However, did you know this was not her first film with the superstar?
Fatima, who has been acting ever since she was a kid, has appeared in many blockbuster movies as a child artist. In a recent podcast, she revealed her first film with Aamir Khan, and it was not Dangal.
The actress opened up about having worked with Aamir in one of his superhit comedy dramas, Ishq, which also featured Kajol, Ajay Devgn, and Juhi Chawla.

In a podcast with comedian Bharti Singh and husband Harssh Limbachiyaa, she revealed being a part of Ishq as a child artist who wore a pink frock. The scene from the film has now gone viral.
"Bohot pehle wo Ishq film thi. Usme ek scene hai jahan pe Aamir jaata hai aise `mara, mara, mara` karta hai aur saamne Kajol uske haath mein ek bacchi hoti hai, toh voh bacchi main hun. Haan, voh main hoon," Fatima said.
Fatima Sana Shaikh`s shocking revelations about the industry
In an old interview with Bollywood Bubble, the Dhak Dhak actress made some shocking revelations about the film industry and spoke about the harsh reality that the side actors have to face.
She said, “The side actors and junior actors don’t get that much respect. It’s like going through a daily attendance. In television, when you start shooting, your first payment happens after 3-4 months. Aur aapko har din haazri deni padti hai. The people working in the production are not even going to remind the seniors you are here.”
“They are not even going to count the day when you haven’t signed on a particular day. This is how they save their money. You only get paid 1000 or 1500 per day, but at my age of 15 at that time, it was a lot,” she further added.
Apart from Ishq and Dangal, Fatima Sana Shaikh and Aamir Khan have also worked together in Thugs of Hindostan, alongside Amitabh Bachchan and Katrina Kaif. However, the film was a major box office disappointment.
On the work front, she will next be seen in Anurag Basu`s Metro... In Dino and Aap Jaisa Koi alongside R Madhavan.
