Yuzvendra Chahal and Dhanashree Verma have been the internet`s favourite controversial couple ever since their divorce was finalised. The Indian cricketer recently appeared on Raj Shamani`s podcast, which was more of an "image cleanser" stunt after his problematic separation.
His podcast went viral and garnered over 3 million views. In the same, he spoke for the first time about many things, including his troublesome marriage, controversial divorce, and the infamous "be your own sugar daddy" tee.
Now, Dhanashree has indirectly responded to his claims with an optimistic Instagram post, reflecting on her growth and spirituality.

The choreographer and content creator took to social media and shared a photo dump of her recent trip to Dubai. She was seen indulging in Indian street food, soaking in the golden hour, and visiting temples.

Her caption read, “Back in Dubai after what feels like a lifetime… Growing up here gave me so many core memories, and seeing how much the city has evolved was both surreal and heartwarming. Her post comes days after the spin bowler shared what went wrong between the former couple and why he wore the viral "be your own sugar daddy" t-shirt right after their divorce was granted.
What`s the story behind Chahal`s viral t-shirt?
Explaining the same, the cricketer said, “Meko nahi karna tha drama; I just wanted to give one message, and mainevo de diya."
While he maintained that it wasn`t to stir up a controversy but just a strong reaction to something that happened from Dhanashree`s end.
He added, “Kyunki saamne se kuch cheej hua tha, aur mera pehle mann nahi tha. Fir saamne se kuch hua toh fir maine kaha, Ab sambhaal lo; ab mujhe nahi parwah kisi ki. Mai ne na kisi ko abuse kara, bus mujhe message dena tha (Something happened from the other side, and I didn`t initially intend to respond. But then something happened, and I thought, `Enough is enough; now I don`t care about anyone.` I didn`t abuse anyone; I just wanted to convey my message."
When asked if he is still scared to fall in love again, Yuzvendra Chahal said, “Not scared, but wapas khone ka dar. Kyunki main attached dil se hota hu. Main deta hu toh dil se deta hu sab kuch. Mere se aap kuch bhi karwa lo. (It will take time. I’m not scared, but I fear losing again. Because I get attached from the heart. When I give, I give everything wholeheartedly. You can make me do anything."
