The content creator-actor expressed his nerves and excitement, saying, “My aim with this film is that whoever watches it should feel, ‘The guy on the screen is one of our own.’ I always want to give them this feeling that wherever they are from, if they work hard and are dedicated enough, they can achieve anything.”
The romantic comedy will see him pair up with Bhool Chuk Maaf actress Wamiqa Gabbi. Bam knows he is living the dream of many who aspire to become a Dharma Productions star.
Acknowledging the same, he added, “It looks great from the outside that this is happening to a guy from Malviya Nagar, Delhi, who had nothing except a vision that he should entertain people. But the pessimist I am, I get scared when good things happen to me, thinking about whether I’d be able to do justice to it. So, I’m wondering how I will pull this off.”
Kuku Ki Kundali will be directed by Mr and Mrs Mahi fame Sharan Sharma and backed by KJo`s Dharma Productions. More details, like the storyline, plot, release date, and rest of the cast, have been kept under wraps.
Bhuvan Bam is also intricately involved in the writing and creative process along with Sharma. This has given him an extra boost of confidence to pull off the role well.
“The team’s approach gives me confidence. Plus, I am involved in the writing process. So, I get real-time validation that it’s shaping up well,” he concluded.
