Are Sushmita Sen and Lalit Modi Dating? The Former Businessman Confirmed

The former Miss Universe and now actress Sushmita Sen is currently making headlines since ex-IPL Chairman Lalit K Modi announced on Instagram about their relationship. He broke the internet with their vacation pictures from Maldives and Sardinia, Italy. From Netizens to celebrities, everyone is pleasantly surprised by this news.
In a post on his social media accounts, on Thursday evening, Lalit Modi posted pictures with the actress captioned, “new beginning” with Sushmita Sen. "Just back in London after a whirling global tour #maldives # sardinia with the families - not to mention my #betterhalf @sushmitasen47 - a new beginning, a new life finally. Over the moon.” He also shared several pictures with the Bollywood actress.

Soon after the post went viral, people started speculating that they are married. Clearing the rumors the former posted another post captioning, "Just for clarity. Not married - just dating each other. That too will happen one day." Lalit Modi has even changed his Instagram bio also.

Sushmita has not given any statement till now. Last year, the actress announced her and model-boyfriend Rohman`s break-up with an Instagram post. She is a single mom to daughters Alisah and Renee whereas Lalit Modi was married to Minal Modi until 2018.
According to the social media users, this all started with a tweet from 2013 when in a tweet Lalit Modi tweeted tagging Sushmita Sen to reply to his SMS. However, Sushmita Sen`s brother Rajeev Sen reacted to her sister`s relationship. In an interaction, Rajeev Sen said, "I am pleasantly surprised too. I will speak to my sister about this."
Lalit Modi has been in London since 2010 when he left India amid investigations into tax evasion and money-laundering cases.
