On his 40th birthday, Yo Yo Honey Singh took to Instagram and revealed that a Netflix ary will be released later this year on his life. Helmed by Mozez Singh, the ary will be produced by Oscar-winning Guneet Monga under her banner Sikhya Entertainment.

Honey Singh turned 40 on Wednesday and took his fans by surprise. Announcing his ary with Netflix, the show will deep dive into his personal and professional life and the downfall that saw the rapper disappear from the music scene. It will also showcase some of his friends and family members speaking about the singer-rapper. The teaser shows Honey Singh rapping about his life.

In a voiceover, the rapper says, "This life that God has given me, there's a depth to it. That reminds me of my younger self. I've told the world my story." Sharing a joint post with Netflix India, the caption read, "Singh-ing on top of our voices because Honey Singh's latest ary comes soon on Netflix!" (red heart emoji).
