Tiger 3: Katrina says Towel Scene in Trailer Was Difficult to Shoot, Shares Inside Story

Tiger 3 is rightfully the most-awaited film of the year after Pathaan and Jawan. With Shah Rukh Khan making a stunning return to films this year, it is expected that Salman Khan will have a good run at the box office as well.

Along with Salman, it is an important film for Katrina Kaif, who plays the role of Zoya in the film. In the recently released trailer, her fight scenes left everyone wanting for more. One scene that really stood out for everyone was the towel scene, where she is seen fighting with the enemy woman wearing only a white towel!

Katrina Kaif has now spilled some beans on how the scene was shot. Along with her co-actor Lee in the scene, she trained for weeks before going on the set on D-day.

She said, "It was a difficult sequence to shoot because it had hand-to-hand fighting inside a steamy hammam. Due to the steam, gripping, fending, and landing the punches and kicks were challenges. I don't think there has been a fight sequence like this featuring two women on screen in India."

She also shared how she loved every bit of doing that sequence, which was conceptualized by Aditya Chopra, who thought it would be interesting to devise a scene in the steam bath. He chose the actress Michelle Lee, who has starred in films like Black Widow and Bullet Train.

Katrina spoke about the action sequences in the film and said, "I love doing risky action sequences, and this franchise has always given me the opportunity to take things several notches higher. In Zoya, the audience gets to see a woman who can fight as well as a man."

Action films are no longer just restricted to men, while their female counterparts act as their silent love interests. The Tiger franchise has involved some high-octane stunts with both Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif. It is all the more exciting to see how Tiger 3 raises the bar with its action.

Tiger 3 also stars Emraan Hashmi, besides Salman and Katrina. It is scheduled to release on November 12. The advance booking for the film has already begun in full swing.
