Nawazuddin Siddiqui is content with spending the lockdown in his village

With film shoots halted for a brief interim following lockdown extensions imposed in Mumbai, actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui is spending his spare time in Budhana, Uttar Pradesh. The actor had spent many months during the lockdown in 2020 in his village.The actor utilises this time in farming and watching content from across the world. Last year, the actor was seen in three digital releases, 'Ghoomketu' on Zee 5, 'Raat Akeli Hai' and 'Serious Men' on Netflix.Before the lockdown followed, Nawazuddin had concluded the shoot for his next film, 'Jogira Sara Ra Ra' opposite Neha Sharma. Keeping all the safety precautions in mind, the film was primarily shot in Lucknow and Benaras and will be directed by Kushan Nandy.
