Nawazuddin Siddiqui Wants To Settle Legal Battle With Wife Aaliya, Wishes To Meet Kids

The long-overdue legal dispute between Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Aaliya Siddiqui is ready to be resolved. According to sources, Nawazuddin Siddiqui is involved in a legal dispute with his estranged wife Aaliya Siddiqui, who previously claimed that she and their two children were ejected from her mother-in-Mumbai law's house in Mumbai.

Nawazuddin's family filed an FIR against Aaliya. After that, Aaliya made several allegations against Nawazuddin and his family. She lately accused Nawazuddin and his family of throwing her and her kids out of their bungalow located in Andheri.

Recently, the sources reveal that Aaliya and Nawazuddin are going to settle their disparities. Nawazuddin has now told the Bombay High Court that he will withdraw his petitions only if he is allowed to meet his kids Yani and Shora.

The Lawyer named Pradeep Thorat, who was representing Nawaz in the court in this case, further revealed the reason behind filing the petition. He told that Nawaz's kids were missing their school in Dubai and he was incapable to trace them. According to a leading media agency Pradeep Thorat said, "I am aware of the limited relief that I can get in this petition. He has not seen his children physically. This is his limited concern. After that, I will withdraw the petition."

Aaliya Siddiqui's Lawyer On The Petition Filed By Nawazuddin Siddiqui


Aaliya Siddiqui's lawyer Shikhar Khandelwal informed that the petition was disproportionate on Nawazuddin's part and alleged that it was the actor who did not come to meet his kids while she was staying at his Bungalow in Andheri.
The lawyer also claims that Aaliya has never stopped Nawazuddin from meeting their kids Yani and Shora. He also questioned how Nawaz did not know that Aaliya and their kids are staying in their Andheri Bungalow.Aaliya only went to court to stop the FIR filed by Nawazuddin's family. Nawazuddin and Aaliya will attend the next court hearing on 27th March and then proceed with the case.

Khandelwal has also questioned lawyer Thorat's claims that there is a demand for money which has been communicated through lawyers via emails. He even asked for proof of the same to be shown. The court agreed with Thorat to see if there could be an amicable settlement.
