Mrunal Thakur on seeking therapy

An actor's life is certainly not as easy as it looks. They tend to get carried away with the characters they play and the fame that follows. The Super 30 actress also spoke about how seeking therapy helps her keep everything balanced.

In the same chat with Humans of Bombay, she revealed, 'I do therapy. It's so important for everybody, but especially for an actor because we also get into the skin of other characters who have their own journey."

"So, how to resume, how to come back to yourself and not feel or get affected by the characters, the situation, the atmosphere, or the setup,' she said.

On the work front, Mrunal Thalur was last seen in Family Man alongside Vijay Deverakonda. The film was released on Amazon Prime Video. She will next be seen in Hanu Raghavapudi's Matka, opposite Prabhas.
