Akshay Kumar`s And Tiger Shroff`s Lucknow Visit Causes A Ruckus

Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff are currently promoting their upcoming film 'Bade Miyan Chote Miyan' in Lucknow. The Khiladi actor had informed about the event in advance on his Instagram handle, declaring that it would take place at Lucknow's Clock Tower Maidan.

Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff will be seen in action-packed entertainer as two rugged cops who are on a mission to destroy the bad guys. The title track of Bade Miyan Chote Miyan has already taken the internet by storm.

As the two actors visited Lucknow, their visit turned into a nightmare.

Crowd Causes Stampede at Bade Miyan Chote Miyan promotions

However, the event was marred by a stampede caused by the large crowd that had gathered to see the stars. Despite the grand entrance by Akshay and Tiger, who arrived at the venue by air, chaos soon ensued. The number of people in the crowd exceeded the initial estimate of the planners.

Chaos broke out when one of the actors threw free merchandise into the crowd, causing people to rush towards the area and conflicts to arise as they tried to grab the items.

The police had to resort to a lathi charge after some individuals began throwing shoes and sandals at each other, with some even managing to throw them towards the stage where the actors were. Chants of 'Akshay Kumar Murdabad' were heard, and the police soon brought the crowd under control.


Akshay was seen consoling the crowd, urging them to calm down so that the event could continue seamlessly.

He said, "Aap logon se haath jodd kar vinti hai please araam se, hum aapke yahan aaye hain, aapse milne, aapse baat karne, please apne aapko dekhiye, saath mein ladies bhi hain bachche bhi hain, main aapse request karta hun araam se." (I urge you with joined hands to please be careful. We've come to see you, talk to you, but just take a look at yourselves, there's women and children in the crowd, I request you to take it easy.)

The event continued after the chaos was brought under control. Once the attendees had left, a significant amount of footwear was found on the ground.

More About Bade Miya Chote Miya

The movie is set to release on Eid 2024 and stars Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff, Sonakshi Sinha, Manushi Chhillar, and Alaya F. It was shot in multiple locations including Mumbai, London, Abu Dhabi, Scotland, and Jordan, promising grand cinematic visuals for action lovers.

Directed by Ali Abbas Zaffar, the film is a remake of the 1998 old Bollywood movie which was headlined by Amitabh Bachchan and Govinda.
