Kriti Sanon starrer "Do Patti" facts

Kriti Sanon`s production debut

"Do Patti" marks Kriti`s very first venture as a producer. She launched her own production banner, Blue Butterfly Films, specifically to produce this project.

Kajol’s unique dual career role

Kajol`s character allows her to handle the initial investigation in uniform and later argue the exact same case in court as a lawyer.

A long-awaited reunion

The film reunites Kriti Sanon & Kajol on screen after a gap of 9 years. The two actors previously shared screen space in Rohit Shetty`s Dilwale back in 2015.

Female-led creative powerhouse

Do Patti is unique for being spearheaded almost entirely by women. Alongside producer Kriti, it was written & co-produced by Kanika Dhillon.

Physical toll from emoting

The emotional depth required for the character of Somia caused her to have swollen eyes, leading the crew to split her filming schedule for each twin.

Challenging double role experience

Kriti played twin sisters, acting opposite a body double for major of her scenes. She described it as one of the most technically demanding parts of her career.

Shaheer Sheikh`s big screen leap

The film serves as the official Bollywood debut for TV actor Shaheer Sheikh. He stepped in a character with a dark, violent streak, unlike his image on TV.
