The 7,000 square foot bungalow in Chennai's Venus Colony blends classic British colonial design with modern rustic elements. High ceilings, symmetrical facades, and arched doorways maintain its timeless charm, while contemporary accents like minimalist furnishings and chic lighting add a modern flair.

Designed by Nikhita Reddy of The Storey Collective, the interiors feature an earthy color palette complemented by teak wood, rattan furniture, and linen fabrics. Traditional artifacts, wooden sculptures, and pottery enhance the space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The bungalow serves as a home studio with dedicated workspaces for both Nayanthara and Vignesh. It includes conference rooms, private meeting areas, cozy lounges, and an outdoor dining space, seamlessly merging professional and personal needs.

Large glass windows and open layouts ensure the interiors are well-lit and airy. The terrace, with bamboo decking, offers serene city views, providing a tranquil retreat from urban life.

The bungalow embodies the couple's creativity and refined taste, blending heritage charm with contemporary aesthetics. It stands as a testament to their appreciation for traditional craftsmanship and modern design.
