But Indian web strengthened her popularity with Pitchers in 2015, followed by two seasons of Tripling with Sumeet Vyas and Amol Parashar by The Viral Fever. She gained worldwide recognition as Siddhi Patel, a vivacious, lively young girl from South Bombay in Amazon Prime Video’s ‘Four More Shots Please’.
She has appeared essaying supporting roles in ‘No One Killed Jessica’ and ‘PK’ as a reporter. She also appeared in advertising commercials for cellular phones opposite Abhishek Bachchan and Mahesh Babu.
She is a huge Potterhead like many of us. She would bunk classes to watch Harry Potter flicks and has collected all the books in the series.
Maanvi started her film career with movie ‘Aamras: The Sweet Taste of Friendship’ in 2009 though she made her first television appearance in the musical drama, ‘Dhoom Machao Dhoom’.
Post college, Maanvi moved to Mumbai to pursue her film career and she joined the theatre group, Silly Point Productions.
She is a graduate in Psychology from Delhi’s Gargi College.
She is a trained dancer in Kathak and Contemporary Jazz.
She wishes to work with filmmakers Imtiaz Ali, Dibakar Banerjee and Anurag Kashyap.
