Know Your Band: LIVE Banned

Their song, The Auto Tune, a social commentary on the anguish of auto passengers in India has been their biggest success story.

From "Dhoom Machale" to "Gangnam Style", Linkin Park to "Sheila Ki Jawani", Munni to Lady Gaga, "Main Khiladi Tu Anadi" to Metallica, LIVE Banned have covered it all.

They possibly might hold the world record for producing an album with the longest title, If You Park Here Your Tyre Will Be Air Out.

The performances are bold, flamboyant and energetic, influenced by South Indian music, Bollywood, Disco, Pop, Rock and Metal.

The band was formed in 2011.

In their words, theyd like to describe their compositions as atrocious and intelligent. But one cannot deny that LIVE Banned offers nothing short of entertainment. Known for their Parody Rock acts of South Indian and Bollywood music, band members Arpit Aseem on Vocals, Sridhar Varadarajan on Guitar, Dheerendra Doss on Keyboard, Raveesh Tirkey on Bass and Vivian Christopher Rajan on Drums are always leaving their listeners quirked up. Know more about the band in the slides to follow, as they are all-set to liven up Chennai on Feb 8, 2018 at the first Radio City Freedom Concert.
