1. Basanti in Sholay (1975)
Basanti is one of Hema Malini’s most beloved characters, a feisty, talkative, and brave village girl who drives a horse cart (tonga) for a living. Her lively personality, endless chatter, and her romance with Dharmendra's character Veeru made Basanti an unforgettable part of Indian cinema. She also played a pivotal role in the film's iconic comic and action sequences.
2. Sita and Geeta in Seeta Aur Geeta (1972)
Hema Malini portrayed a double role in this film, playing two contrasting twins – the docile Seeta and the rebellious Geeta.
