In what seems to be a much more alarming case of brutal sexual assault alike the one Nirbhaya endured in 2012, a 19-year old girl succumbed to her injuries in a Delhi hospital today, two weeks after she was admitted with severe injuries following a horrific gangrape where her tongue was cut and her spinal cord was broken.Her demise sent shockwaves across the country with several influential personalities taking to social media to express their anger and resentment against this inhuman act. Many Bollywood actors also demanded swift action against the four rapists, who have been arrested and belong to the upper caste.Akshay Kumar tweeted, "Angry Frustrated!
