Without batting an eyelid, the actress responded with the latter. The 'Aashiqui' franchise has been helmed by her father, Mahesh Bhatt.Certainly, Alia would not want to consider starring in 'Rock On 3' after the debacle of 'Rock On 2'. And certainly not after it starred her rumoured arch-rival Shraddha Kapoor. Two outstanding reasons for the movie's failure are firstly, the demonetization move brought out by the PM, three days prior to the release of the movie. Naturally, cinegoers were keener to fend for their daily needs than watch a film. Secondly, those who have watched the sequel, claimed that the previous film was way better and it did not require a sequel.
