Users were left to wonder who this may be about as he stealthily left out the parents' names from the post. However, the internet sleuths came through and suspected that the couple was none other than Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma.

In January 2024, the South African cricketer AB de Villers said on his YouTube channel, "Yes, his second child is on the way. Yes, it's family time and these things are important to him. If you are not true and genuine to yourself, you lose track of what you are here for. I think most people's priority is family. You can't judge Virat for that.
