Amid a lot of fanfare, razzmatazz and secrecy, Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif are tying the knot at the Six Senses Fort Barwara in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan on December 9. The preparations for the wedding were in full swing for the last few weeks and now, a report has spilled the beans on the about-to-be-married couple's honeymoon plans too.

Pinkvilla has reported that Vicky and Karina are likely to fly to Maldives for their honeymoon. They are also planning to host a wedding reception in Mumbai before that. The wedding festivities begin from today. However, a Rajasthan-based advocate has filed a complaint with the District Legal Services Authority against the closure of the road leading to the Chauth Mata temple from December 6-12 owing to the marriage of Bollywood stars Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif scheduled in Sawai Madhopur district, near here.

Advocate Naitrabind Singh Jadoun filed the complaint against the manager of Six Senses Fort Barwara, the venue for the celebrity wedding, Katrina Kaif, Vicky Kaushal and the District Collector against the closure of the road leading to the temple. Along with this complaint, in view of the problems faced by the devotees, a request has been made to open the way to the temple.

On the work front, Vicky Kaushal is gearing up for Govinda Naam Hai Mera, which also stars Bhumi Pednekar and Kiara Advani. The film is all set to release on June 10, 2022. He also has a film on the life of Sam Manekshaw coming up. No updates on Takht and Ashwatthama are out yet. Katrina, on the other hand, has Tiger 3 with Salman Khan, Phone Bhoot with Ishaan Khatter and Siddhant Chaturvedi, a Superhero film with Ali Abbas Zafar, and Merry Christmas with Vijay Sethupathi.
