Tere Ishk Mein: Dhanush And Aanand L Rai Reunite After 10 Years Of Raanjhanaa

Renowned filmmaker Aanand L Rai announced a new film with Dhanush as their first film together, Raanjhanaa recently completed 10 years. For the unversed, Dhanush made an outstanding entry into Bollywood with Aanand`s Raanjhanaa which also features Sonam Kapoor, Abhay Deol, and Swara Bhasker in lead roles.
As mentioned earlier, Aanand and Dhanush reunite after 10 years of Raanjhanaa for the film Tere Ishk Mein, which is not the sequel of the iconic film Raanjhanaa. Tere Ishk Mein revolves around the love story of Dhanush`s character Shankar.
Reflecting on the announcement of Tere Ishq Mein Aanand L Rai says, "There couldn`t be a more perfect day to unveil our next venture, `Tere Ishk Mein,` with Dhanush. `Raanjhanaa` holds a special place in my heart, and the love and adoration it continues to receive from fans worldwide is truly heartwarming."
The video shows Dhanush in a never-seen-before aggressive avatar and this is going to be Dhanush and Aanand`s third teamwork. Previously the duo collaborated for Raanjhanaa and Atrangi Re.
Dhanush dropped the first look video on his Twitter handle and penned a nostalgic note, "10 years of Raanjhanaa, some films change your life forever and it`s apt to say this is one such film. Indeed, it changed all our lives."
He added, "My sincere thanks to every one of you for making Raanjhanaa a classic." Have a look!
Even Aanand took to his Instagram account and wrote a sweet note along with the video, "Kuch kahaniyan kisi purane dost jaisi mil jaati hain! Jo haath nahin milaati, seedhe aake gale lag jaati hain… 10 saal pehle ek aisi hi kahani mili thi humein... Kundan ki kahani. Dost tha mera, par jee naa saka... uska mood nahi tha jeena ka! Ab 10 saal baad phir ek kissa aaya hai; Kundan aur ye ladka ek se hi hain, bus iska mood duniya phoonk dene ka hai! Sirf aapke liye…Tere Ishk Mein."

The film is slated to release in 2024 and the makers are yet to the slows the rest of the cast and the release date of the film.
