The highly anticipated glimpse of Taapsee Pannu and her long-time boyfriend Mathias Boe has been leaked and is going viral. Although the couple has yet to confirm the news, reports suggest that they got married on March 23rd, with pre-wedding festivities starting on March 20th. Taapsee and Mathias tied the knot in an intimate wedding ceremony, with their close family members and loved ones present to witness their love.

In the video that first surfaced on Reddit, the bride, Taapsee, enters the wedding venue with her bridesmaids, including her sister Shagun Pannu and other close friends. She danced her way to the mandap to the classic tunes of 'Kothe Te Aa Mahiya' by Jagjit Singh and Chitra Singh. Unlike the ongoing trend of pastel lehengas, Taapsee Pannu chose the traditional Sikh bride outfit consisting of a striking red salwar, adorned with a red chooda, and golden kaleeras. Taapsee paired her outfit with a long, ornamented braid and sunglasses.

The groom, Mathias Boe, can be seen waiting for her on stage. He welcomed her with a warm hug as she reached him. The video also shows a glimpse of the varmala ceremony, where the couple is showered with rose petals after their holy communion. At the end of the video, Mathias is seen sitting astride a bicycle, possibly hinting at his quirky entrance to the wedding ceremony. The groom wore an ivory sherwani and turban, covering his face with the traditional sehra.

Taapsee and Mathias wedding guest list

Reports suggest that Taapsee's wedding was an intimate affair, with only family members and loved ones present. A few Bollywood celebrities attended, including Anurag Kashyap, with whom Taapsee shares a close relationship. Taapsee Pannu and Anurag Kashyap have previously collaborated on films such as Manmarziyaan, Dobaara, directed by Anurag, and Saand Ki Aankh, where he served as a producer.

The event was attended by screenplay writer Kanika Dhillon, as well as Abhilash Thapliyal, who co-starred with Taapsee Pannu in the 2018 film Dil Juunglee and the 2022 film Blurr. Taapsee's Thappad co-star, Pavail Gulati, was also present at her wedding ceremony in Udaipur.
