The newlyweds Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani are head over heels in love. The two met on the sets of Shershaah and instantly hit it off. While the two always stayed tight-lipped about their relationship, the new couple in the tinsel town cannot stop gushing over each other. In a recent interview with a leading media house, Sidharth and Kiara opened up on how their marriage was meant to be.
Talking about Shershaah, which was their first film together, Sidharth Malhotra said,
'It felt like the real Vikram and Dimple, in some parallel universe, came together. Shershaah has given me so much love and a wife too, so what else do you need from a film? (laughs) I think it was meant to be. Much like us, Vishal Batra (Vikram Batra's twin brother) was extremely emotional and happy when he came to our wedding.'
Kiara Advani blushed and said,
"The glow is real. This new life is wonderful. I'm very happy.' Malhotra also added Shershaah will always be a special film for him and he loves that 'the reel has turned into real' through the biopic.
On The Work Front
The newlyweds are back in action. Sidharth Malhotra was last seen in Mission Majnu alongside Rashmika Mandanna. He will be seen next in Yodha and Rohit Shetty's web series Indian Police Force, which also marks his OTT debut.
As for Kiara Advani, she was last seen in Govinda Naam Mera with Vicky Kaushal and Bhumi Pednekar. She has Satyaprem Ki Katha and RC 15 in her kitty.
