For the uninitiated, Karwa Chauth is a Hindu festival celebrated by married women where they observe a Nirjala fast for their husband's lone life and prosperity. The wife breaks her fast after seeing the first sight of the moon and doing a little pooja.
Kiara looked ethereal in a pink salwar suit, while Sidharth opted for a maroon kurta. In the picture, the couple cannot take their eyes off each other as the actress holds a channi (seive). The SOTY actor cannot stop smiling and looking at his wife.
Capturing the precious moment, Sidharth took to Instagram and wrote, "Blessed," with a couple of emojis.
Along with the Shershaah couple, many other newlyweds celebrated their first Karwa Chauth this year. Hopping on the bandwagon were Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha.
