Sara Ali Khan to finally make her debut opposite Ranveer Singh in Simmba

As her first project ‘Kedarnath’ has come to a grinding halt following the differences between director Abhishek Kapoor and producers Bhushan Kumar and Prernaa Arora, Sara Ali Khan has moved on to bag the lead opposite Ranveer Singh in Rohit Shetty’s ‘Simmba’. Rohit took to Instagram to make an official announcement on the same. ‘Simmba’ sees Ranveer donning the role of a madcap police officer Sangram Bhalerao aka Simmba and Sara will be seen as his leading lady. It will be a treat to watch Ranveer’s electrifying energy combined with Sara’s wit and grace to see how their chemistry transforms. Produced by Reliance Entertainment, Rohit Shetty Pictures and Dharma Productions, ‘Simmba’ is slated for official release on December 28, 2018.
