Sana Khan Shares An Emotional Message After Her Mother Passes Away

Sana Khan`s mother passes away
Bigg Boss contestant and former actor Sana Khan`s mother, Saeeda, passed away on Tuesday after battling a long-term illness. She had been ill for quite a while and breathed her last at her Mumbai residence.
Sana took to her Instagram stories to share the heartbreaking news. She attended the funeral on Tuesday. Many celebrities, including music composer Javed Ali, visited her house to pay their condolences.
Sana Khan`s story read, “Inna Lillahi Wa inna ilaih rajioon. My beloved mother, Mrs Saeeda, has returned back to Allah after struggling with a bad health condition.”
The actor also shared that the Namaz-e-Janaza will be held in Mumbai`s Oshiwara area on Tuesday late evening. She asked her fans and followers to keep her mother in their prayers. “Your prayers for my mother will be helpful,” the 36-year-old added.
A couple of videos from Sana Khan`s Mumbai house have been doing the rounds on the internet after several paparazzi accounts shared them on Instagram. In one of the videos, she can be seen wearing black attire as her mother`s mortal remains were being taken.
Comedian Munawar Faruqui`s wife, Mehzabeen Coatwala, and music composer Javed Ali were also seen visiting her Mumbai house to pay their condolences and respects to the grieving family.
The Bigg Boss star has always shared a close bond with her mother. Exactly a year ago, Sana had shared an adorable video on Instagram with her mom. She wrote, "There is no love more honest and selfless than a mother`s love."
For the uninitiated, Sana Khan became a household name with her stint in Bigg Boss 6. She went on to star in several Bollywood films, including Jai Ho!, and web series like Special Ops.
Amid a growing career, she decided to quit the showbiz business and embrace the path of spirituality. Sana then said she wanted to “serve humanity and follow the path of her Creator”.
Sana Khan and her husband, Mufti Anas, tied the knot in 2020 in an intimate ceremony. They share two sons, Saiyad Tariq Jamil and Saiyad Hasan Jamil. They welcomed their second child in January this year.
