Celebrating the spirit of Ramadan, the Bajrangi Bhaijaan actor has announced his next film with the renowned Tamil filmmaker,
A.R. Murgadoss. The movie is titled Sikandar and will see Salman Khan play the titular role.
The announcement comes on a special occasion, citing the end of the month-long dawn-to-dusk fasting and religious prayers of Ramzan.

Yet another monstrous collaboration between Bollywood and the Tamil film industry will see the actor playing the titular role in Murgadoss's upcoming action drama.
The movie is backed by producer Sajid Nadiadwala. On Thursday, Salman took to Instagram and shared the exciting news with his fans and followers. He even unveiled the first announcement poster for Sikandar.

For the uninitiated, Eid 2024 will see a massive clash between two potentially blockbuster movies, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, starring Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff, and Maidan, headlined by Ajay Devgn.
A month ago, on March 12, Salman Khan took to X (formerly known as Twitter) and announced his collaboration with AR Murgadoss and Sajid Nadiadwala.

The upcoming action drama marks the reunion of Salman Khan and
Sajid Nadiadwala as they come together after a decade. The actor and the producer have collaborated in the past to deliver some massive blockbuster movies like Kick, Judwaa, and Mujhse Shaadi Karogi.
As for A.R. Murgadoss, he made his Bollywood debut with the Aamir Khan-Asin starrer Ghajini. The film went on to collect over 100 crore at the box office. Apart from this, he also helmed Akshay Kumar's 2014 release, Holiday: A Soldier Is Never Off Duty.
Sikandar will release on Eid 2025 in cinemas near you.
