Bollywood has always shown fathers having a soft and special corner for their daughters. And even in real life, it is said daughters are the closest to their dads. While several movies have shown some incredible stories about reel-life fathers and daughters, there are real-life Bollywood duos who we adore the most.
Many popular Bollywood actors' daughters made a stellar Bollywood debuts in recent years. Sara Ali Khan, Ananya Panday, Athiya Shetty, and more impressed us with their amazing performances. No doubt, they inherited from their fathers.
But how wonderful it will be to see both father and daughter being cast for the same movies in the same roles. As this month celebrates Father's Day, let's see a bunch of Bollywood father-daughter duos we would love to see together on the big screen.
1. Saif Ali Khan - Sara Ali Khan
This Khandaan is a powerhouse of talent. While Sara may look like her mother Amrita Singh, she definitely carries the acting genes of Saif. Sara made her debut in 2018 with Kedarnath. She has impressed movie buffs with her performances in several movies like Simmba, Atrangi Re, and more.
While recently, Saif played an on-screen father to actress Alaya F in Jawaani Jaaneman. We wonder how adorable Saif would be playing Sara's reel-life father as well.
2. Suniel Shetty - Athiya Shetty
Suniel Shetty is the closest to her daughter and it was evident during Athiya's wedding to KL Rahul. While she is just four movies old, it would be spectacular to watch Suniel and Athiya creating magic on the big screen.
3. Shah Rukh Khan - Suhana Khan
Suhana Khan will soon make her big Bollywood debut with Netflix's Archies. Directed by Zoya Akhtar, it also marks Khushi Kapoor and Agasthya Nanda's maiden movies. On the other hand, Shah Rukh Khan has played the role of a father in quite a few movies like Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, and Ra. One, and more.
It would be incredible to see the superstar and the star kid together in a movie or a web series.
4. Chunky Panday - Ananya Panday
Chunky Panday has done some fabulous work in Bollywood. While he is a veteran, Ananya made her Bollywood debut with Karan Johar's Student Of The Year 2. It would be great to see the two actors coming together and donning their real-life roles in reel life.
