Rupali Ganguly, one of the highest-paid and most popular television stars, is back headlining the gossip column yet again, but this time for a controversial reason. The Anupamaa actress is enjoying an all-time high in her professional life. However, her personal life is now a debatable conversation.
For the uninitiated, the actress became a household name with the comedy sitcom Sarabhai vs. Sarabhai. She gained the title of the `perfect bahu` after her stint in the TV serial Anupamaa became a hit.
While her fights and arguments with her co-stars have been pretty infamous, Rupali Ganguly now faces allegations from her stepdaughter, Esha Verma.
In her post, Esha accuses her stepmother of separating her father from her and even trying to give him strange medications. Her post has gone viral all over the internet and social media.

The star kid took to social media and wrote, "This is absolutely pathetic. Does anyone know the truth about Rupali Ganguly? She was involved with my father, Ashwin K. Verma, for twelve years while he was still married. She has tried to separate my sister and me from our father."
"He lived in California and New Jersey before moving to Mumbai, and despite her claims, they only have one son, not two. I`m speaking out because she portrays an image of a happy marriage, but in reality, she is controlling and psychotic toward my dad," Esha further added.

What`s ironic here is Esha Verma shared an Instagram post with her Ashwin Verma and Rupali Ganguly back in the day and called them parents in the caption.
In an interview, when asked about the same, she said, "Not really; there’s no relationship between the two of us. She’s just the mother of my brother, and that’s about it. I posted the picture to showcase that I am related to both of them, since neither my father nor Rupali chose to acknowledge me as family, personally nor publicly. Going to meet my dad once after 5 years was a blessing but also the bare minimum, as people are very lucky in this world to have both their parents."
Replying to the controversy, Verma shared a post and said, ”I do have daughters from previous relationships—something Rupali and I have always been transparent about, and I care deeply about them."
"I understand that my younger daughter continues to feel hurt about the end of her parents` relationship, as divorce is an incredibly challenging experience for children," he added.
