Sharing the video, he wrote, "It’s not about being healthy – it’s about feeling your best every day." Just like his son Hrithik Roshan, the Krrish director is also a fitness enthusiast and has been inspiring his fans with some great workout routines.
The Dhoom 2 actor was mighty impressed by his father`s dedication at the age of 75. He commented, "Uff, damn! Too good, Papa!" adding a couple of fire emojis.
Actor Suniel Shetty and action choreographer Sham Kaushal were among a few celebrities who cheered Roshan up in the comments. Tiger Shroff also wrote, “Lovely, sir.”
Rakesh Roshan`s inspiring journey
For the uninitiated, the filmmaker was diagnosed with throat cancer in 2018. He battled the deadly disease and is now fitter than ever. In an old interview, Roshan opened up about how chemotherapy and other cancer-related treatments weakened him.

“I could not even lift a five-pound dumbbell after my treatment. I started with books, and now I am lifting 40 kilos. That is proof that it is all in the mind. I was determined to get my fitness game back after that, and I did. And because I already had a fit body, it helped me in recovery as well," he explained.
Now, Rakesh Roshan follows a set lifestyle with a very specific routine. He starts his day with an hour of yoga followed by a four- to five-kilometre walk. After this, he hits the gym for an hour and a half and goes for a 45-minute swim in the evening.
On the work front, the filmmaker will be working next on Krrish 4. However, he wouldn`t be directing the same. More details are kept under wraps.
