Comedian and actor Raju Srivastava has been critical since past few days. On Wednesday, the comedian was rushed to Delhi's AIIMS hospital after suffering a minor heart attack. The minor attack turned out to be a major one as doctors and Sunil Pal share his health update. While his condition was said to be stable, reports say he may not make it through.

Sharing his health update, comedian Sunil Pal said, "I just spoke to Raju's nephew Kushal a while back and I have got to know that Raju's brain is not functioning. Doctors are trying their best and everyone is praying for him."

"Unki sirf saanse chal rahi hain, baki body bilkul function nahi kar rahi hai (He is only breathing, apart from that his body isn't functioning)," he further added. Taking it to Instagram, Sunil shared a heart-wrenching video while informing Srivastava's brain has stopped working and asked fans to pray for him.

On Thursday, speaking to a news channel, Raju's advisor said, 'Today morning, doctors have informed that Raju's brain is not working, almost in dead condition. Heart is also facing problems. We are all worried and everyone is praying. Even his family is unable to understand what's happening.' he added that only a miracle can save the comedian.

For the unversed, Raju Srivastava gained fame by participating in The Great India Laughter Challenge, a reality comedy show judged by Shekhar Suman and Navjot Singh Sidhu. He also acted in a few Bollywood movies like Maine Pyar Kiya, Baazigar, Bombay to Goa and Aamdani Atthanni Kharcha Rupaiya. He went on to appear in Bigg Boss season 3 and performed stand-up comedy shows around the globe.
