Mission Raniganj: Akshay Kumar Film Is Getting Good Reactions from Fans

Mission Raniganj is out, and fans are already liking it. Following a slow opening at the box office, the Akshay Kumar starrer is getting appreciated by fans all over who lined up in theaters to catch the film on the first day.
The film is directed by Tinu Suresh Desai with a screenplay by Vipul Rawal and is a disaster thriller based on a real-life incident. In 1989, the Raniganj coalfields in Bengal collapsed, resulting in many people getting stranded underground. A mining engineer, Jaswant Singh Gill, saved the day by rescuing all the trapped people with sheer determination and courage. In the film, Akshay Kumar plays the role of Gill, while Parineeti Chopra also stars as his wife, Nirdosh Kaur Gill.
