With some incredible content releasing on OTT platforms, actors are spilling their creativity on a blank canvas, thus giving us some cinematic magic. One of the Netflix anthologies, Lust Stories 2, took the internet and the platform by storm. Four spectacular filmmakers came together to narrate some extraordinary content pieces.

One of them, Mirror, directed by Konkana Sen Sharma, featured Tillotama Shome and Amruta Subhash. While Shome portrayed the role of an architect, the latter played her housekeeper.

Things take a sharp and interesting turn when Amruta invites her husband to Tillotama's home to have sex in her absence. Little does she know, the architect is constantly watching her deriving pleasure through a mirror.

When the maid finds out about being considered an entertainment muse, the short film gets all the more interesting. Covering a rather dark subject that is taboo to talk out loud about, Konkana Sen Sharma pushed the two actors to deliver some jaw-dropping performances.

When Amruta Subhash was hesitant to do the sex scenes in Lust Stories 2

On Netflix's recent round table with actors, film critic Rajeev Masand spoke to many actors who did some stellar work on the OTT platform. In one of the segments, Amruta Subhash how her husband convinced Shrikant Yadav to play the actress's reel-life lover and film sex scenes with her.

'When I read the script, there were so many intimate scenes, and I was scared of those. So I told Koko that I needed one day with Shrikant, who has been my best friend for many years."

She further added, "He's like, 'Main tere saath ye nahi kar sakta (I can't do this with you).'My husband is his friend and also an actor. He is telling him, 'tu karlega, acche se karlega (you'll do it well)',' said the Lust Stories 2 actress.

Amruta further opened up about her first ever intimate scene in Anurag Kashyap's Sacred Games 2. She revealed how the filmmaker made her feel comfortable and asked for her period dates so as to avoid shooting the sex scene around the same time.

'I did my first sex scene with Anurag in Sacred Games 2. There was no question about being a man or a woman. He was extremely sensitive. He called the direction team. He was the one who asked me the question, What are your period dates?, so they don't schedule the sex scenes around that. 'You will do it during your periods?' He asked that,' Subhash said in a chat with Netflix India.
