The event saw ace filmmaker SS Rajamouli as the chief guest, adding to the buzz surrounding the film. The two-minute-and-38-second trailer offers a gripping sneak peek into a world where money, power, and ethics collide.
Dhanush and Nagarjuna personally shared the trailer links across Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi platforms, significantly raising expectations. The trailer plunges viewers into the world of Dhanush`s character, a beggar who can`t fathom the value of crores, yet dreams of them. Conversely, Nagarjuna`s character, Deepak, a government officer, asserts, "Only power and money work here, not justice and integrity." This sets the stage for a compelling narrative where a beggar challenges the powerful, even pulling the government into trouble.
Rashmika Mandanna plays a crucial supporting role, acting as Dhanush`s confidante and believing in his ideals. The film promises powerful dynamics between Dhanush, Nagarjuna, Jim Sarbh (who plays a character pitted against Dhanush), and Rashmika Mandanna, making for a gripping story that goes beyond a simple hero-villain dynamic.
