It is Kartik Aaryan's birthday today, and the Pyaar Ka Punchnama actor turns 33 today. On this day, Karan Johar has shared a special news ending rumours of their feud.

The film industry is such that it forgets its enmities with the passing of time. There have been many rivalries that have been resolved between actors, directors, and others. Recently, Sunny Deol broke the silence on his enmity with Shah Rukh Khan, and the two met at the success party of Gadar 2.

Now, Kartik Aaryan will be collaborating with Karan Johar yet again after their unfortunate fallout during Dostana 2. Kartik was initially roped in to play the lead for Dostana 2, which was produced by Dharma Productions. However, later, he was dropped from the project, and since then, Karan and Kartik have maintained distance for a couple of hours.

Only recently were they seen together again at film festivals and parties. Apart from this, Kartik was frequently visiting Dharma Productions, and it was reported that the two were collaborating again.

Produced jointly by Karan Johar and Ekta Kapoor, the Kartik Aaryan starrer war drama will be directed by Sandeep Modi, who has previously made Aarya 2 and Night Manager. Karan Johar took to Instagram to share the news with a tentative poster.

It is deemed to be a prep-heavy film that has a lot of action sequences for which Kartik will have to transform himself in order to play the part to perfection. Written by Aseem Arora, the film will be a celebration of the Indian Army and is also set in a time that has not been explored in films.

Kartik's schedule for the next year looks all packed with Bhool Bhulaiya 3, Pati Patni Aur Woh 2, and Aashiqui 3. He is currently filming for Chandu Champion, which is directed by Kabir Khan and is set to release in June 2024. It is a sports biopic based on an intense true story.

This new collaboration that was long-awaited between him and Karan is surely going to appeal to fans of both. With the annoucement coming on Kartik Aaryan's Birthday, it has become more special.
