As a treat to all his fans, Hrithik Roshan has finalized the script for the fourth part of Krrish. Written by Rakesh Roshan, the film will mark the return of Hrithik Roshan to play the popular superhero.

Hrithik Roshan has already prepared himself for the role, as so much time has passed since the last film in the franchise was released back in 2013. The film's announcement was highly anticipated by fans, who were eager to see the superhero return.

It has been reported that the film's shoot will commence in March next year. Hrithik Roshan has gone through a body transformation to get into shape. Now, right after Fighter, he will start prepping more rigorously for Krrish 4.

Priyanka Chopra Jonas to Be Roped in to Play the Lead

Priyanka Chopra played the role of Krrish's love interest in Krrish and Krrish 3. The makers of the film want her to reprise her role and give the franchise an organic feel. They are hopeful of getting Priyanka Chopra on board for the film.

Koi Mil Gaya starred Preity Zinta as Rohit's love interest.

If Priyanka agrees to do the film, it will be the icing on the cake and will raise expectations further. She has not done an Indian film since The White Tiger, which was released back in 2021. Her last theatrical release was The Sky Is Pink, which came out in 2019.

It remains to be seen what shape this further development takes.

Krrish was a direct sequel to Koi Mil Gaya, which became an instant hit when it came out. It continued the story of Koi Mil Gaya, with Hrithik Roshan playing the double roles of Rohit and Krrish.

Ever since, it has been turned into a franchise after receiving critical acclaim and love from fans. Krrish is among India's very own superheroes who wears a black mask and fights evils.

Meanwhile, Hrithik Roshan will next be seen in Fighter, which is directed by Siddharth Anand. It is scheduled to release on January 25, and it also stars Deepika Padukone and Anil Kapoor alongside him.
