Squid Game 3, one of the most anticipated shows that has kept the viewers waiting with bated breath, will finally be out on Netflix today. The third and final season of the globally loved K-drama is all set to see a worldwide release on June 27.
The first two seasons broke the internet with their gripping storyline and exceptional performances. While everyone is excited to binge-watch the third season, do you know when Squid Game will release in India and how you can watch it?

Squid Game 3 release time in India
The third and final season will drop on Netflix on June 27 at 12:00 am (PT), which is 12:30 am as per Indian Standard Time (IST). The show will have a total of six episodes, and it will pick up from the ending of Squid Game season 2.

In the previous season, Captain Park was revealed to be a mole appointed by the Front Man. It followed Gi-hun`s continued attempt to fight against the wealthy individuals behind the game, ultimately ending with a cliffhanger where he witnessed the Front Man killing his friend, Jung-bae, who was revealed to be Jun-ho`s brother, In-ho.
The second instalment also focused on the backstory of Front Man and his relationship with Jun-ho, who is on a mission to uncover the dirty truths about the game.

The third and final season will have six episodes, making it the shortest season of Squid Game so far. The first season had nine episodes, and the second included eleven.
The maker of the series, Hwang Dong-hyuk, had originally planned only one season of the Korean show. However, the global success and high demand from fans forced him to create two more seasons.
The final season follows the story of Gi-Hun`s effort to stop the game. As per the synopsis, he will pursue his goals despite many obstacles. The story also dives into Front Man`s life, who will be seen continuing his operations.

The official synopsis of Squid Game 3 reads, “A failed rebellion, the death of a friend, and a secret betrayal. Picking up in the aftermath of Season 2’s bloody cliffhanger, the third and final season of Netflix’s most popular series finds Gi-hun, a.k.a. Player 456, at his lowest point yet."
"But the Squid Game stops for no one, so Gi-hun will be forced to make some important choices in the face of overwhelming despair as he and the surviving players are thrust into deadlier games that test everyone’s resolve. With each round, their choices lead to increasingly grave consequences. Meanwhile, In-ho resumes his role as front man to welcome the mysterious VIPs, and his brother Jun-ho continues his search for the elusive island, unaware there’s a traitor in their midst. Will Gi-hun make the right decisions, or will Front Man finally break his spirit?" it concluded.
Squid Game 3 will stream on Netflix from June 27 onwards.
