The actor recently sent the internet into a tizzy by announcing his return with a new film titled `Duniyadari`. Known for his impeccable comic timing and electrifying dance moves, Govinda’s comeback has sparked a wave of excitement among his fans, who have eagerly awaited his return.
The video garnered over 11 million views and lakhs of likes, with the comments section flooded with adoration. One user wrote, "Always hero no 1 all in one complete actor REAL SUPERSTAR." Another fan commented, “Can’t wait to see it. So good to see you—what a man you are!” While the details about the film`s cast, crew, and plot remain under wraps, the announcement itself has set high expectations. This announcement followed a picture he posted earlier in the week, sporting a new moustache and sunglasses, which had already piqued fan curiosity.
Govinda was last seen in the 2019 film `Rangeela Raja`, directed by Sikander Bharti. The movie also featured Shakti Kapoor, Digangana Suryavanshi, and Prem Chopra in significant roles. However, the film did not perform as expected, leaving his fans longing for a powerful comeback.

Amid the comeback buzz, an old claim made by Govinda has resurfaced. The actor had previously stated that he was offered the lead role in James Cameron’s Hollywood blockbuster, `Avatar`. His wife, Sunita Ahuja, recently addressed this during a conversation on Uorfi Javed’s YouTube channel. She stated, "Arey yaar, mujhe toh nahi pata yeh kab offer hui. 40 saal toh mujhe ho gaye hain Govinda ke saath. Vo Avatar ka director-producer kab aaya, mujhe nahi malum. Hui bhi hai ki nahi, mujhe nahi malum. Main jhooth nahi bolti, naa main kisi ka side lungi.
