Kirti Kulhari shocked her fans with her new hairstyle. Chopping off her beautiful tresses, the actress flaunted her new look on her latest Instagram reel. Revealing the reason for her new look, Kirti said she did it for herself and not for some role. It took her a month to finally get her desired hairdo.
Sharing a long, heartfelt note along with a video of herself on Instagram, Kirti Kulhari flaunted her new hairstyle. The actress took a bold move to chop off her hair. Her caption was on the lines of
breaking stereotypes as to how an actress should look in Bollywood or any other cinema.
Taking it to Instagram, the actress said,
'New endings, new beginnings. Decided to do this a month back and here I am, having done it. I work in an industry where being a heroine comes with its own set of restrictions and limitations. Long hair or at least shoulder-length hair is an unsaid mandate. Here I am, almost 15 years later, in the industry, doing my thing. I have no time to not do what I want to dohellip and each time I have done something which is not the norm, I have felt empowered and nothing short of it.'Have a look at Kirti Kulhari's new hairdo.
Further elaborating on her new look, the
Mission Mangal actress wrote,

fans were ecstatic and had a mixed reaction to her new hairstyle. One user commented,
