Finally, the cast of Rani Padmavati remains as it is

Much to the relief and happiness of everyone, especially Sanjay Leela Bhansali, the cast of ‘Rani Padmavati’ remains the same. Bhansali will start filming his ambitious project with Deepika Padukone, Shahid Kapoor and Ranveer Singh, later this month. ‘Rani Padmavati’ traces the story of a Muslim invader Alauddin Khilji, played by Ranveer who lusts after the queen of Chittor, Padmavati played by Deepika. Shahid plays Padmavati’s husband and king Raja Ratan Singh. Throughout the movie, Ranveer and Deepika will not share a single scene, but steamy scenes are expected between DPad and Sasha. The movie is all set for a Christmas 2017 release.
