Fawad Khan Praises Abir Gulaal Co-Star Vaani Kapoor, Calls Her `Truly Amazing`

One of the most awaited releases of the year, Abir Gulaal has had every Fawad Khan fan waiting with bated breath as the film marks his comeback to Bollywood after almost a decade. The movie also features Vaani Kapoor as the female lead.
The duo, who are busy promoting their upcoming romantic drama in Dubai, will collaborate for the first time on-screen with Abir Gulaal. For the uninitiated, Fawad`s last Bollywood stint was in Karan Johar`s Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.
During a promotional event, Fawad Khan shared his experience working with Vaani Kapoor. He showered praises on his co-star, calling her a "spontaneous actor".

Fans are thrilled to see a fresh new on-screen pairing. Considering this also marks the Pakistani actor`s return to Bollywood, buzz around the film is at an all-time high.
Sharing his experience with the actress, Fawad said, "It`s been an amazing experience working with Vaani. It`s been an absolute pleasure; she is an amazing person. Vaani is also a very spontaneous actor, especially with her dialogue delivery."

"Vaani keeps the energy up on the screen. If she can tone down the self-analysis and self-criticism a bit, that`s the only thing I can say after working with her because she is truly amazing," he further added.

The lead pair are grateful for all the love they are receiving from across the borders and are aware of the online buzz about them sharing the screen space for the first time.
Reacting to Fawad`s humble words, the Raid 2 actress said, "It`s amazing to see the love coming our way. Working with Fawad has been an incredible experience for an artiste like me. He is truly one of a kind. Fawad is super easy to collaborate with, with no ego and no hassle. He is so gifted that you want to level up. I love the way he very organically says his lines during scenes; it looks very natural, doesn`t look performative or rehearsed, and it doesn`t come across like a scripted dialogue."
The first two songs from the movie, Khudaya Ishq and Angreji Rangrasiya, have added fuel to the ongoing excitement. Abir Gulaal is all set to release on May 9 in cinemas near you.
