Sunny Deol's much-awaited comeback with Gadar 2 smashed all records at the box office, emerging as one of the highest grossers. Along with that, his son Karan Deol got married, which was a moment of absolute delight for the family. The pictures and videos from the videos were just full of heart and love. Now, his younger son has come up with his debut film, Dono, and he receives blessings from Dharmendra in a video shared on his Instagram.

Dharmendra thanked everyone for helping Rajeev climb the stairs to success. Sitting in the yellowness of a warm afternoon, Dharmendra cannot control his happiness as his grandson makes his debut. He is wearing a black hat along with a brown shirt. Addressing his followers, he said, "Friends! I wish I was there for the release of my darling grandson's film 'Dono', though I have heard great things about it. People say that everyone has done a great job in the movie."
He also expressed how it makes him a bit nervous to see Rajveer's film getting out. Nevertheless, he congratulated everyone for the film's success.
Dono is a special film in many regards, as it also marks the debut of Avnish Barjatya as a director. Avnish is the son of veteran filmmaker Sooraj Barjatya and is jointly produced by Rajshri Productions and Jio Studios. The film also stars newcomer Poojan Chhabra alongside Rajveer. It has been receiving good reviews from everyone ever since its release, with critics appreciating Rajveer's performance.
Dharmendra was seen playing a small role in
Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani earlier this year. His performance was loved by everyone, as he was seen on the screen after a long time. The year is going to end for the Deols on a high again, with Bobby Deol's Animal releasing in December. Its teaser has everyone hooked on Deol's role in the film as the antagonist.
