Cannes Film Festival Aishwarya Rai Bachchan yet again walks the red carpet this year. For over two decades, the Devdas actress has been attending the prestigious film festival, mostly as the brand ambassador of L'Oreal Paris. This year was no different as the actress tried to experiment with her Cannes look, however, it turned out to be an epic fail.
Wearing a silver hooded gown designed by Sophie Couture,
Aishwarya Rai wore a black gown with a huge black bow. She made sure that her first Cannes 2023 look would be an eye-catcher.

While some assumed her look was inspired by Jaadu from the movie Koi...Mil Gaya, others compared her with a Shawarma roll.
One user shared a collage of a man carrying a silver sheet to protect himself from the rain with the actress's red carpet photo and asked,

The official handle of Sophie Couture took to Instagram and elaborated on
Aishwarya Rai's Cannes outfit. The post read,
"Unveiling a mind-blowing creation from our Maison, paired with lightweight aluminum details, a signature corset, and crystals, from the Cannes Capsule Collection."
As the Ponniyin Selvan actress arrived on the red carpet, paparazzi were seen shouting her name to grab her attention. She is one of the few prominent faces of India that is massively loved in the West, especially at Cannes.
