Jin of BTS
The global superstar Jin from BTS is making a highly anticipated return to "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon". Billboard exclusively revealed that the eldest member of the iconic group will grace the late-night stage once again. This appearance, set for Wednesday, May 21, marks a significant moment for Jin as he gears up to promote his second solo EP, "Echo".
This isn`t Jin`s first solo rodeo with Jimmy Fallon. Back on Nov. 20, just after the release of his debut EP Happy, Jin first joined Fallon for a solo visit, sitting down for an interview and also performing “Running Wild”. That debut EP, "Happy", made a remarkable impact, securing a top-five debut on the Billboard 200 chart by landing at No. 4.
Of course, while Jin made his first solo visit last year, BTS has a long history on The Tonight Show. The group first appeared in 2018, delivering memorable performances of “Idol” and “I’m Fine”. They returned in 2020 for multiple appearances, including virtual ones during the pandemic, and again in 2021 to perform their chart-topping hits “Butter” and “Permission to Dance”.

Fans immediately shared their enthusiasm online. One user on X wrote, "OMG SEOKJIN WILL PERFORM DONT SAY YOU LOVE ME ON "THE TONIGHT SHOW" WITH JIMMY FALLON" ON NEXT WEEK." Another chimed in, "This performance is going to be amazing! Everyone get ready! `Silver Voice` #JIN will perform the title track from his new album ECHO, "Don`t Say You Love Me", on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, On May 21st."
The single “Don’t Say You Love Me”, featuring actress Shin Se Kyung in its music video, reportedly explores the theme of lovers in a toxic relationship who can`t stay apart. With "Echo" being a follow-up to his successful 2024 debut, "Happy", Jin`s upcoming "Tonight Show" appearance is an event not to be missed.
