Now, in a recent interview, Boney Kapoor confirmed their relationship and expressed his fondness for Shikhar. The filmmaker even mentioned how he has always been there for the Kapoor family.
Boney Kapoor confirms Janhvi Kapoor and Shikhar Pahariya's relationship
The filmmaker is busy promoting his upcoming sports drama, Maidaan. The film is headlined by Ajay Devgn and will see a theatrical release on April 10. He sat down with Zoom for a casual chat where he was asked about his daughter's rumored boyfriend.
Opening up on Janhvi's boyfriend, the doted father said, 'I love him (Shikhar), and in fact, a couple of years ago, Janhvi was not seeing him, but I was still friendly to him. I was convinced he could never be an ex. He'll be around."

the Bawaal actress's sister, Khushi Kapoor's, birthday. The two even took a trip together to Tirupathi Balaji temple in Tirumala on Janhvi's 27th birthday.

rumored boyfriend.
Talking about her interesting dating life, Karan Johar asked, "You have had an interesting path of love you were dating Shikhar, and then you dated someone else, and now you are dating Shikhar again. True or False?"
Referring to a song from the film Rockstar, she said, "Have you heard that song, Nadaan Parinde Ghar Aaja? Shikhar used to sing that to me a lot."

"He was just there in a very selfless, dignified way, and in a way that I have not seen many men capable of being there for another human being," the diva further added.
