Baseer Ali Breaks Silence on Bigg Boss 19 Exit
Ex-Bigg Boss 19 contestant Baseer Ali has stirred major controversy after his sudden eviction from the reality show. Known for his competitive spirit and leadership in tasks, the Roadies and Splitsvilla fame star alleged that his elimination was “unfair” and driven by the makers’ narrative control rather than audience votes.
Speaking to media outlets after his exit, Baseer slammed the official explanation behind his eviction, calling it “pure bulls**t.”
He stated, “When I came out and checked my social media, the numbers speak for themselves — 2 million story views. The week I won Boss of the Week and Mantri of the Week, that very week I got evicted?”
Baseer suggested his eviction was a calculated move, saying, “It’s not just about performance or popularity, it’s also a business. I simply didn’t fit into the narrative anymore.”

He further criticized Salman Khan and the makers for their lack of intervention during the Weekend Ka Vaar episodes. “I didn’t get any feedback in nine weeks,” he revealed, adding that it was the responsibility of the makers and host to address toxic comments targeting him.
Referring to Malti Chahar and Pranit More’s remarks — including one questioning his sexuality and another offensive comment — he said he was “livid” that such “nasty and sensitive issues” were ignored.
The former contestant also accused the show of misrepresenting him, saying, “The episodes somehow showed that I was stuck in those love angles. I’m hurt that Nehal used me in Bigg Boss 19.”
Expressing his discontent with the show’s evolving format, Baseer remarked, “I always believed Bigg Boss was a show of personalities. For the first time, I’m hearing it’s ‘rishton ka show.’ But even if it is, become a leader, not a follower.”
Following his eviction, fans rallied online with the hashtag #BringBackBaseerAli, demanding fairness and transparency from the Bigg Boss 19 makers.
Baseer suggested his eviction was a calculated move, saying, “It’s not just about performance or popularity, it’s also a business. I simply didn’t fit into the narrative anymore."
