Amitabh Bachchan clears the air around his “health and surgery tweet”
Amitabh Bachchan’s fans have been worried sick ever since he tweeted about his health. He earlier mentioned on his X (formerly known as Twitter) handle that he is admitted to a hospital and is undergoing a surgery. He also mentioned that this time homecoming feels difficult and different. But now he has cleared the air around it, stating the real meaning behind his tweet.
Amitabh Bachchan recently took to his social media handle to update his fans that he is doing perfectly fine and that his tweet seems to have been misinterpreted. While talking all about it, he wrote, “I am fine. I did not undergo surgery. It is a misunderstood post. I was giving an example that the period after a surgery or ICU (Intensive Care Unit), the most difficult time is when you come home and have to deal with your damaged condition. So when a champion loses, the most difficult time is dealing with yourself in its aftermath. I was referring to Argentina’s loss and Messi as a champion that lost. People have assumed it’s a reference to me.”
The news that he is doing perfectly fine has made every fan of his smile. This is a big relief that the legend is healthy and hearty.
Amitabh Bachchan recently hit the headlines when he shared his take on Messi`s heart-breaking defeat. Taking to his blog, the veteran actor wrote that "the day comes for every champion," as he spoke about Messi`s "tears of emotion" and urged the football legend to "accept the love that came your way" and "rest in that glory." He further wrote, “the game .. over .. Spain the Champions and Messi lost .. tears of emotion .. sad .. but the day comes for every champion .. as you turn the corner , you find there are others better than you .. accept the love that came your way .. rest in that glory...”

On the work front, Amitabh ji began shooting for part two of “Kalki 2898 AD” in Hyderabad in February. “Kalki 2” reunites Senior Bachchan with Kamal Haasan on screen after 41 years, following their 1985 film “Geraftaar”.
